Part-Time Studio Coordinator
W Design is seeking a fun, friendly & experienced part-time Studio Coordinator to work at our Chagrin Falls, Ohio location!
The Studio Coordinator supports a variety of clerical, recordkeeping, and customer service tasks to assist with the smooth operation of the organization. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized office space, providing hospitality for clients, and supporting various departments as needed.
Work Week: Monday-Thursday
Work Hours: 9:00 am-2:00 pm. During special events or peak times of the year, we may require flexibility/additional hours, if needed.
Duties & Responsibilities

Receive and distribute mail/maintain office supplies/shipping & receiving

Answer phones and direct calls/maintain & update office calendar

Schedule meetings: in-house, external, and rep visits

Housekeeping tasks/organize inventory

Manage landscaping and plants around building exterior

Assist with event planning and employee engagement
-
Client presentation hospitality & set up
-
Annual client holiday gifts management
-
Assist owner with occasional errands, shipments, and returns

Resource room/ design materials support

Client install errands
-
W Home Showroom/W Design liaison
Qualifications, Education & Experience
Include, but are not limited to:

Written and verbal communication.

Adaptable, able to pivot, personable, and outgoing.

Aptitude for working independently and within a collaborative environment.

Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word and MS Excel)

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High School Diploma
Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service.

This position involves lifting boxes and merchandise. There may be travel at times.
